Covid-19 nedeniyle, Bölümümüzde 2020 yılı yaz stajları, 14.05.2020 tarihli Üniversite Senatosu’nun aşağıdaki ilgili maddeleri kapsamında yapılacak ve değerlendirilecektir.
Following University Senate Decisions dated 14.5.2020, will be enforced for internships implemented during the Summer of 2020 owing to the Covid-19.
 
16- Üniversitemizin tüm bölüm ve programlarının eğitim-öğretim programlarında yer alan zorunlu meslek stajı sürelerinin %50 (yarıya) indirilmesi, (Required summer practice (internship) duration of all departments and programs of our university was reduced by 50% (half),
 
17- Zorunlu Meslek Stajı devam ederken pandemi nedeni ile meslek stajı yarıda kesilen, meslek stajı süresinin %50 sini tamamlayan öğrencilerin staj sürelerinin yeterli kabul edilmesi, meslek stajının %50’sini tamamlamamış olanlara; stajın kalan kısmının staj yapılan işyerlerinde veya öğrencinin kayıtlı olduğu bölüm, programlarda uzaktan öğretim yöntemi ile yapılacak çalışmalarla  tamamlatılması,
(For the students who have not completed 50% of the internship due to Covid-19 while the internship is continuing; the students will be allowed to complete the remaining part of the internship in the workplaces or in the department where the student is registered, by the studies to be carried out by distance education method)
 
18- “Kendi isteğimle zorunlu meslek stajımı yüzyüze yapmak istiyorum.” dilekçesi vererek zorunlu meslek stajını yapmak isteyen öğrencilerin, 1 Temmuz 2020 tarihine kadar birimleri tarafından uygun görülen işyerlerinde meslek stajlarının yüzyüze yaptırılması, (The students who want to implement their internship actively (face to face) in workplaces have to submit a petition in which they have to specify  “I want to fulfill my internship face to face with my own will.” and have their departments approved until 1 July 2020 the latest)
 
19 -Zorunlu Meslek Stajını  kayıtlı olduğu okulun  bölüm-programlarında yapmak isteyen öğrencilerin   1 Temmuz 2020 tarihine kadar başvurmaları halinde Bölüm-Program Başkanlıkları  tarafından meslek stajı yerine uzaktan öğretim yöntemiyle  yapılacak çalışmalarla meslek stajlarının yaptırılması, (If the students want to fulfill their internship in the departments they are enrolled, they will have their internships implemented by the Department Head if they apply until July 1, 2020)
 
20- Zorunlu Meslek Stajını  kayıtlı olduğu okulun  bölüm-programlarında yapmak isteyen öğrenciler için meslek stajı yerine uzaktan öğretim yöntemiyle  yapılacak çalışmaların 10 Temmuz 2020 tarihine kadar Bölüm-Program Başkanlıkları  tarafından 10 Temmuz 2020 tarihine kadar DYS üzerinden ilan edilmesi, (The studies to be carried out by distance education method will be announced in DYS (dys.mu.edu.tr) by the Department Head until 10 July 2020  for the students who want to do the internship in the departments  they are registered)
 
21- Zorunlu Meslek Stajı yerine öğrenci tarafından yapılan çalışmanın 21 Ağustos 2020 günü saat 24.00’a  kadar öğrenci tarafından  DYS’ye yüklenmesi, (The studies completed by the student must be uploaded to DYS by the student on 21 August 2020 until 24:00)
 
22- Staj komisyonunun ve kurulunun değerlendirmesini yaparak en geç 10 Eylül 2020 tarihi saat 24.00’a  kadar staj başarı durumunun ilan edilmesi, (Internship commission of the department will evaluate the uploaded studies and announce the results on 10 September 2020 until 24:00)
